Course format
A two day program for up to 10 participants. Highly interactive and experiential. Short instruction segments are followed by practice sessions and role-plays. The program can be tailored to suit specific business presentation needs – e.g., presenting to sell, reporting, delivering technical information.

Meeting
It includes tailoring the course to your specifications, pre-course notes issued to all delegates, tuition, course materials, manuals and videoing of all delegates on individual DVD's.

Who should attend?
All staff and managers who are required to present their ideas or reports to meetings of managers, staff, clients or suppliers. People who present at conferences, meetings or seminars and training sessions.

Learning Outcomes
Delegates learn to become more confident and skilful presenters to groups of people, by practising in a peer-group environment with expert guidance. The program is fun with a strong emphasis on learning by doing.
Audience
At the end of the program delegates are able to present themselves simply, clearly and powerfully in a self-assured manner in any work situation.

Course Content
Delegates are taught the use of their voice to convey the message with interest and enthusiasm, how to use eye contact to involve people, and body language and gestures to enhance the message. The integration of visual aids of all types to enhance the message and the importance of effective message structure are emphasised.

Time is spent showing the importance of openings which engage the audience and conclusions which win support, and how to gain and maintain the audience's attention.
Applause

The use of notes during the presentation, tailoring the message to suit the audience and the importance of preparation are also covered. During the presentation the importance of controlling nerves and staying on track to deliver the key messages are stressed.

Regular follow-ups to supplement or refresh delegates skills are available. On-going advice is always available for participants who have been trained by us.
